Delivery Information
Royal Mail – First Class – Delivery within 1-3 working days.
Air Mail (EU & Ireland)- Delivery within approximately 4-6 working days.
Air Mail ROW – Delivery within approximately 7-12 working days.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we can send our cards internationally via Royal Mail International Post with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 9 working days for European destinations and 5 to 12 working days for the Rest of the World. If 12 working days have passed, please do contact us via email at [email protected]
My order arrived damaged
If you have received your delivery and it has been damaged, firstly, we are so sorry to hear this. We are proud of our packaging but unfortunately, we can’t always control what happens during transit. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the damage and we will get this fixed as soon as possible.
My order is wrong, or something is missing
We’re very sorry to hear that something has gone wrong. Our cards are packed and sent by hand so unfortunately, on a very rare occasion, human errors can occur. Please email us at [email protected] and we will get this sorted out as soon as possible.
My order hasn’t arrived yet – What should I do?
UK deliveries: Orders with a UK delivery address are sent via Royal Mail First Class Post; whilst this is a next day service with 93% of post arriving the next working day, unfortunately a few percent of cards can take up to 3 working days to arrive. If 3 working days has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, please send us an email at [email protected].
International deliveries: Orders with an International delivery address are sent via Royal Mail International Post with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 9 working days for European countries and 3 to 9 working days for the rest of the world. For International deliveries we do recommending waiting 5 to 12 working days for your order to arrive, however if 5 to 12 working days has passed, please do contact us via email at [email protected]
Can I get a refund?
If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, firstly we are so sorry about this. Please get in touch regarding the issue with a photo at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
